I second getting out of the house. Lately my baby’s favorite thing is to walk around Target. He was the grumpiest goose yesterday so we went to Target twice, he’s so relaxed and happy there (just like me lol).

I switch up what we do during the day and never do the same activity at the same time. We play with toys, tummy time, practice rolling, read books, watch an episode of a show, cuddle and play on the bed or couch, walk around the rooms of the house, look in the mirror, bath time randomly during the week not every day, go outside to walk the dog, get in the exer saucer to play, play on the play mat, sit in the swing and watch while I do dishes and sing and dance silly, stroll around in the stroller etc.
I don't drive so while my husband is at work we can't get out more as a lot of people will suggest so I always switch up what we do.

Answer

Find a play group, swimming lessons, musical babies, etc to include during the week once or twice. Go for walks, check out different things - library, mall, parks etc
