Germaphobia

Anyone deal with this? I never had problems with this until I started having marriage problems so my psychiatrist says I do it to control something bc my marriage is out of control.... yes, we are in therapy but in the meantime this is killing my life and I cannot help but worry constantly about getting sick or getting my kids sick or catching something gross. Anyone have any tips that have worked or medication that has worked for them??
