Husband gave my 5 month old solids. Not happy about it

So it has been my plan to be in the safe side and try to introduce solids when he turns 6 months and older and shows signs when he is ready. My son just turned 5 months one week ago and my husband has been DYING and I mean like annoying about giving him baby food already! It’s been driving me nuts. But he knows this upsets me but he doesn’t care. The most I’ve given him is only very tiny spoonfuls only a few times and that is it! My husband is so excited to feed him

Solids he bought all of this baby food and wants him to eat a whole jar as a meal ASAP no matter what articles I show him or despite what his pedi says to wait he doesn’t care!!!

Well tonight he took a jar of baby food and kept feeding him spoonful after spoonful non stop just feeding him so irresponsibly after I pleaded with him not to....I am fuming!!! At some point I gave up because I couldn’t believe it. It’s like my place as my sons mother didn’t even phase my husband. So I gave up and said fuck it, if he wants to believe he can do it all without me then he can take care of our son, feeding , changing, crying and all. He wants to act like I am not even there ignoring me when it comes to my son it then ALRIGHT let’s see if he can do it all on his own!

Ive recently started to wean from EBF but I don’t have a freezer stash so I’ve had to supplement for bottle feeds. Starting solids that quickly is too much for my son because he already has stomach issues. From my milk to formula to solids? it seems all too much for my baby.

I feel so upset has this ever happened to you before??? Mamas please tell me you would be upset too!!
