Help!!! Clogged duct!!
It's been a whole day! Nothing is working. I've massaged with lotion. I've done the hakkaa with Epsom salt and that pulls a lot out but it's like something is still blocking. I can't seem to get it out. I don't have insurance I can't afford to get mastitis! The clock is ticking. What else has other moms done that's worked for them!!! 😭😭😭😭
