Normal?

I pumped for 30 minutes 3.5 hours ago and got 3.5oz. Baby has not nursed since. Ive been pumping for 10 minutes and hardly anything has come out. What's going on??

Have you had a let down? Does your pump have a stimulation mode to help with letdown? Try massaging your breast. Relax and think about baby and your milk flowing. Sounds silly but it works!
