Are cramps normal the first weeks of pregnancy?

I just found t I’m pregnant and I think I’m about 4 weeks, I had spotting about 3 days ago but not a lot, none since, and then 2-3 weeks ago I had spotting for a week. Anyways the past couple days I’ve had cramps, not bad cramps but defo noticeable cramps. Should I be worried???

Im 9w1d and still get cramps. Its all about your growing body! The 1st pic is in late July, 2nd pic is at 8w5d! Its alot of bloat, but not all of it is! Things are xonstantly growing and stretching, not to mention amniotic fluid! I have cramps about 3 times a week bow but it used to be more than that. Good luck and don't stress it too much-it's just your body adjusting to the baby!

Cramps are very normal, it’s your uterus stretching. I had cramps for the first 8 weeks on and off and I’m 17 weeks now

Yea I’m also 10 weeks and the last few days at work Iv been quite uncomfortable with them x

No. Cramps is your body stretching to make room for a baby. Its normal until 16 weeks. Im 10 weeks and still get them
