Changing weeks? Help

Question

So I’m 4 weeks pregnant. Last period was Sept 8-12th. 
I have no idea when the weeks change, can anyone help me out? Like which day I start week 5, week 6, and so on. I know it will be the same day or the week each week but I can’t seem to put 2 and 2 together to figure out which days it starts on.

Since the first day of your last period was on a Sunday.. every Sunday you will weeks.. so if you're 4 weeks now this Sunday you will be 5 weeks and so on. It'll be like that until your first ultrasound and they measure the baby.. then it'll most likely change.

You count from the first day of your last period, then each week on that day you’ve gone another week. For example, every Sunday is a new week for me, so on Sunday I’ll be 6 weeks. You could also do a pregnancy week calculator online, or simply go and ask your dr, they will work it our for you 😊
