Successful membrane sweep stories?

Both of mine worked beautifully. Had it at 38 weeks with both pregnancies in the am, was in labor by 6pm with both pregnancies and babies were born at 38+1

2nd baby. First two sweeps (a few days apart) didn't work. No progress. Third sweep, the day after the 2nd sweep, contractions (2mins apart) started immediately!! Like, I wasn't even off the hospital bed used for the 'sweep' before I had the first 'oh so painful' contraction. It was blinding pain! 5 hours after, I had my babygirl in my arms.

FTM: membrane sweep & cervix stretched on September 25 @ 39W at that appt. I was almost 2cm and fully thinon September 27 @11pm went into L&D water hadn’t broke but was leaking fluid and dilated to 4cm. Was admitted. September 28 @ 2:30am water officially broke and was in active labor.Baby girl was born at 6:51pm on September 28th. 7lbs 5.3oz

Baby #2- swept around 10am at 39w exactly. Woke up that night around 2am and she was born next day at 10:06am at 39.1w

I never had them work with babies 1-3 but baby #4 was in my arms 8 hours after my sweep this last time! (She's 4 weeks now!) I was a "stretchy 3 cm" already when my midwife did it at 40+3

Did mine at 10:30 am 38+5 was in full labor by 5pm had her by 1:55am

Had mine done 8am at 40+1, contractions started by 1pm. Baby born at 40+3
