Hey ladies let me start off by saying I AM STD FREE!!😊 I was just curious on ways to keep bad smells from coming out. I’m thinking it may be my diet I eat fast food almost everyday. Tips on dieting and vaginal soaps? 😊

Don’t wash your vagina. That’s the number 1 tip. It’s self cleaning, shoving soap up there throws off your pH and causes you to smell bad. Your vagina shouldn’t smell like roses, it should smell like a vagina

I recommend the non-scented Dove soap bar/wash, and rinsing it with fresh warm water. Also, look up on your diet. Cranberry juice, pineapple & most of the fruits & vegetables you eat play a really good role on the body odor, especially down there. Avoid junk food as much as you can as they’re only bad for everything in your body.

If your vagina smells you have a problem, maybe bacterial vaginosis. I’d see a doctor. You don’t need special soaps or food.
