Who doesn’t eat pork?

I’m 8 weeks today. I’m having bad cravings And due to religious reasons I don’t eat pork but I’m craving a ham sandwich so bad 😫 I ate one before when I was 14 and right now that smell just came to me and I don’t know what to do but I’m so tempted to get a cold cut sandwich right now someone talk me out of it

Seriously though, it is probably the salt that your body is craving. Maybe some smoked deli turkey and salty chips or fries will scratch the itch?

Stay strong! I don't eat pork either and made it through the cravings. Try to find a substitute of some kind. Like one comment said smoked turkey or something. Once you find it you may have a new craving for it. Good luck!

I can say from experience, the craving worsens if you don't give in. I don't eat fruit and I craved apples right around 9 weeks...I decided to drink apple juice instead...it did not work. By 11 weeks, I was cravings apples so bad that I ate all but 1 from a bag and ended up sick to my stomach because of it.

I do not eat red meat nor pork. In the beginning I craved a burger, finally gave in and only ate one bite and was so sick. Stomach pains were the worst.
