Negative pregnancy test but I’m pregnant!

Hey everyone, currently finished second round of IVF and it was a positive, did both sets of blood work, so currently waiting on the first ultrasound. Of course being paranoid I took a new pregnancy test. Using clear blue digital. I’m currently 5 weeks and 4 days and it came back negative😞 should I take the other test? Buy a new test? Now I’m freaking myself out I’m having early miscarriage. I’ve had no symptoms besides being tired, sore boobs and pelvic twinges...mind you the twinges were more last week. I may be over thinking it, but how can you not when you want this so badly to work. HELP!
