question abput braxton hixs

question mammas second time mom here but never had these with my first I've been having Braxton hixs contrations for several days I'm 25 weeks is that too early??? saw my OB today and we both noted how drastically different this pregnancy is from my first... gestational diabetes controlled with diet and migranes ... I told him about the braxton hixs and now he wants to see me every 2 weeks could that be the diabetes or the contractions ??? I thought you didn't go to the OB every 2 weeks until you were at least 30+ weeks
