Who else is exhausted?!?

I feel like the walking dead. I’m almost 30 weeks pregnant. I’m on bed rest and I can get enlightened energy to cook my family a meal, eat, and then I crash. I was in the hospital a week ago for 4 days and I also started insulin then as we as had 2 steroid shots since I’m high risk due to for diabetes, high blood pressure, and preeclampsia (early stage). Other than that my iron and blood tests are good. I do also have fibromyalgia which can be a factor.

Who else is struggling????
