Failed glucose test

For starters, I struggle with anxiety. I absolutely hate needles. Before getting my test I almost felt like passing out from the anxiety. Anyways, I failed my one hour so naturally I’m freaking out out about having to do the three hour. The thought of this is just sending me into a panic attack. Advice on passing the three hour? What if I fail the three hour, then what? What are the risks to baby?
