So about 5 days ago I noticed these on my buttocks and they arent sore at all they’re just really itchy. 
I have a hard lump under the skin on my inner thigh also? 
If anyone has any idea what this could be pls comment.

Yeah that's ring worms. Get apple cider vinegar and put it on a cotton ball and keep it on there for like an hour twice a day and do that for a week and they should be almost gone of you're consistent about it. Worked for me

And also get an over counter ointment at a pharmacy or walmart. I got an anti itch cream and anti fungal and put it on over night after the apple cider vinegar
