Where is baby hanging out

I am almost 16 weeks and expecting my second child. Baby seems to always be low, on the left side. Like always! When I lay down you can see the bump of my uterus, but I feel like it’s still pretty low. I just don’t remember this feeling of the baby always being on one side. Feel like my daughter was more in the middle lol am I crazy? Is your tummy still soft or kind of hard?
