Headache
Does anybody have any recommendations on how to get rid of a headache?? I honestly don’t have too much on hand that could help, I’m out of rice and don’t have a heating pack. Already taken Tylenol twice today and took a warm bath with aromatherapy... I can still feel my heartbeat in my face and I’m so tired of it 😭😭 truly hoping I’m not getting sick because it felt like the headache before a cold or flu hits
