How to move forward with date

I’ve been on 3 dates with the same guy. We’ve gone for drinks, played ghetto golf and been bowling and we’ve had such a nice time, we really get on. I quite like him but we just aren’t moving forward. I tried to be more touchy on our date tonight but we still didn’t kiss or get anywhere past talking really. I don’t know what to do to move us forward as we’re both quite shy. Any advice welcome x
