PCOS and sex drive

Just a little back ground info, I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS at 22 which I had a feeling that was going to be the outcome after all the test my doctors have done.

Now I stopped taking my BC in March my fiancé and I went from doing the do at least twice a week to maybe once every few months. I don’t expect him to understand why but I do expect him to respect why (which he does) it’s been a big change for both of us. I just simply have no desire to have sex is this from the PCOS or the fact that my testosterone levels are high and sitting at 65? Any suggestions on how to help get my grove back
