Teething help!

My baby is going to be one and this is the worst she's ever felt she's teething really bad, she wants to be held 24 7 and I'm fine with that but I know that dosent ease the pain, I'm doing oragel but I feel like it does nothing and I gave her Tylenol for the pain bexause she was screaming at night waking up from sleep. I give her frozen teething toys in the day, she isnt taking any solid food because the pain is beyond so were doing puree all over, any thing I can give her like the tablets for teething, any teething toy out there that foes wonders!please 3 nights of no sleep I'm desperate
