Question about Esteogen levels

Little back story. I would have bet my life that I was pregnant this month. All the signs were there and I didnt have my normal breakout of acne before AF. I took 3 pregnancy tests from 10 DPO- 13 DPO. All negative. Decided to use opk to see what it said out of curiosity. I have gotten "high fertility" since 13dpo. I started AF a day early 13dpo in the afternoon. Everything I've read online says estrogen levels should be low before and during your cycle then rise before your LH surge. Last month I used an opk the day before AF and I got low fertility. Obviously I'm not pregnant but is it possible my estrogen levels being increased is why I'm not conceiving?
