Methotrexate with ectopic

I had an ectopic in March 2019 due to the mirena IUD. I was given one shot of methotrexate on 03/25 and my levels were 0 a couple weeks later. My hcg level only got to 823. I was 6 weeks. Got the mirena IUD removed in July. 4-5 months after the ectopic we start trying again, found out I was pregnant on 09/09 and miscarried on 09/23 at 5 weeks. Did I try to soon after the methotrexate? I have been taking my folic acid since June.
