So my 18 month old daughter has now decided that she doesn’t want to sleep. From birth she has always loved to sleep. She slept through the night every night and even slept in to 9:30 or later. And now all of a sudden she doesn’t want to sleep at night. It all started around mid September. She doesn’t want to nap anymore and at bedtime she’ll cry for an hour or longer. Most nights I end up going to calm her down 2-3 times or more. I feel like she’s not getting enough sleep. I never dealt with sleep regression with my first daughter because she never slept through the night until she was almost 2. And I’m not sure if this is sleep regression or something more. Any advice would help.
