One month down!

I’ve been tracking, eating pretty healthy, and exercising pretty regularly for a month now. I’ve lost 13 pounds, which I’m very proud of! I’m doing a low-carbohydrate high-protein diet, and it’s working rather well! My goal is 120 lbs, I’m 160 right now. I’m 4’11, so 120 isn’t an outrageous goal to me.

I cut out sugar when I was told that I had relatively high blood sugar, and I was at risk of early diabetes. That terrified me enough to make me stop eating all my sweets (which was a BIG deal, since I ate pretty much only sweets) and I’m only 14. I’m very excited to continue my weight loss journey!
