Would you be tired if you exercised 24 hours a day?

Baby #1 and the fatigue has gotten me feeling SO lazy and it was kind of messing with me. Today I was talking to my friend who is a L&D nurse and she said, “your body is burning more energy just sitting there than you’d burn if you were exercising. Would you feel bad for being tired after exercising 24 hours a day? Because that’s what your body is doing taking care of that baby” and it made me feel a lot better. I wanted to share in case any of y’all are feeling like you’re not handling it well enough.
