Does sex in the final weeks cause preterm delivery? Or contradictorily , is it helpful?
I have read some moms saying their having sex at 30+ weeks landed them into having preterm deliveries.
On the other hand I heard its helpful in the dilation of cervix etc for aiding normal deliveries.
Which one is true?
