No sore boobs and frequent peeing!! Any help please

Hi ladies,

I am 8 w and this time round I have had no symptoms related to breast soreness!! Is that normal? I am really worried I thought I will get it at this stage and still nothing my boobs feel normal!! Also not peeing much! I did experience a lot of peeing and sore bbs with DDs since like 5 weeks. I got nausea though sometimes constant and annoying and some backache and fatigue. Please any one got experienced the same and turned out they have heathy babies?! I need some relief as I wasn’t contacted by my midwife yet and the scan is in one month 😔💔😭
