Had to have hcg level testing this week

So monday 10/7 and tuesday 10/8 i had minor cramping with spotting. We did a vaginal ultrasound and she noted "no intrauterine gestational seen" keep in mind I am supposedly 4 weeks 4 days. She said it could be that im earlier but that we can not rule out an ectopic. So i took the week off work because i dont want the extra stress this week. I had to start to test my hcg levels 3 times this week after 48 hrs.

10/7 hcg levels: 402

10/9 hcg levels: 1,014

10/11 hcg levels: 3,350

She hasnt called me to let me know if we should be worried or not. What do u guys think?
