Twins? Possibly?!

We are 4 weeks 1day. HCG 602 and Progesterone 67.1

Doctor said there’s a chance of multiples as we had three follicles when we did our IUI! We won’t find out until our seven week ultra sound. I’m dying to know!! What were your HCG + progesterone in early stages with twins?
