Allergy med & breastfeeding
Just realized the allergy pill I take every night (loratidine 10mg) is an antihistamine.. I read it can dry up your supply. So far my supply seems okay. I think?! I’m 11 weeks postpartum. Is there any alternative allergy medication? I’m afraid Benadryl would knock me out too hard:/
