chances of getting pregnant on the pill if I take it perfectly and use condoms? but he finishes inside me in the condom

Considering both have like a 98-99% effective rate when used correctly, I'd say pretty slim. My hubby and I doubled up pills/condoms for years and then just went to condoms, no surprise pregnancies until we purposely started trying.

0. Been on the pill for 3 years, i take it within a 3 hour window every night and he has never pulled out. And he doesn’t wear condoms. The pill alone is 99.7% effective

You should be fine on either of those methods alone. I was on the pill for quite a while and hubby would finish inside me and we never had any surprises until I came off them and we started trying
