3am wake ups
Anyone else's September babies waking up like clockwork every morning around 3:30/4am to randomly talk to themselves for about 15 mins and go back to sleep til 5, 5:30am (if I'm lucky) and then be awake for the day?! He doesn't cry when he wakes up, just babbles and moves around. He goes to bed at 7. It's been this way for like.. 6 months.
I'm worried he's not getting enough sleep and it's getting exhausting for me being awake every day at 4am 😔
