Will it be easy getting pregnant?

So and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex the last week or so.i quit taking my birth control Sep 22nd. We are technically “trying” to get pregnant by not having protected sex but we aren’t calling it that lol. Anyway , I was on the pill for about 2 years and I did continues dosage which means I never took my placebo or sugar pills whatever they are. That way I never got a period, which is the reason I got on it in the first place. I read that it can take up to 6 months to a year to get pregnant if you’ve been on the pill for more than a year, BUT if you stop mid-pack you could get pregnant immediately. So I was on it for over a year but technically since I never took my placebos, I did stop mid pack. So could I get pregnant easily? It’s a very technical question that I can’t just look up so any insight is welcome! Oh! And we had sex tonight on my 3rd ovulation day!
