BFP...but scared to be pregnant again

I MC on September 14th, while traveling alone without my BF. I was crushed, but with the help of friends and my BF, we got over it.

We were TOTALLY NOT trying to get pregnant again...but here I am. Line was so faint on the FRER...decided to take a digital (cf picture) I’ve read on Glow all sorts of stories about getting pregnant right away, some with good endings but A LOT that ended in a second miscarriage...

I’m so scared to MC again. How did you handle it ladies? Do you have successful stories?
