Sorry for the pic but I want to know what this could be?

So I am about 10-11 dpo today and I have been having crazy symptoms since Friday. And last night I had the most vivid dream one can have and today I have this in my undies. I KNOW ITS NOT FERTILE!! But I am just wondering what it could be the last time this happened to me I was pregnant 🤰and that was kind of the the first sign together with the other crazy symptoms:

- nauseas

- dizzyness and headaches

- extremely low back pain

- cramps

- fatigue

- egg white discharge and sometimes creamy

So I dont know what to think today
