So confused *long post*

So I had a miscarriage August 30th and I took misoprostol because my body would not pass the babies on it’s own I ended up in the hospital September 1st in sepsis because all I passed was the babies nothing else so I had a d&c and was in the hospital till September 3rd because of low blood pressure! I had my follow up appointment September 6 and they said everything was okay! I went to my primary on September 11 and was prescribed BC I started taking it that day and have been taking it since I have not missed a pill and have taken it at the same time everyday I’m already almost a week into my second pack and still have not got my period is there a possibility I could be pregnant?
