Those of you that are having a baby shower or a sprinkle, when are y’all holding it?

I had my son a year ago, so I had a baby shower for him and I wasn’t planning on having a baby shower for this one because I was told it was a boy from genetic testing+ultrasound. THEN at my last ultrasound I was told that surprise, it’s actually a GIRL!

I’m shocked and I have nothing for a girl, I kept all of my sons things and clothing Incase it was a boy but my mom suggested for me to have a baby sprinkle, mainly for diapers and girl clothes since I have like everything else still.

Anyway... my problem is that i have family from out of town that will be in town most likely near Christmas, I would love for them to come but I don’t want to add unnecessary stressors near such a big holiday. Advice?
