Chances of being pregnant

I had my first period after my D&C on September 17th I was due for my 2nd period today but it’s late😩 I got a blood hcg test done on Friday because ii wasn’t feeling well and I took a home pregnancy test today due to being late but still negative🤦🏽‍♀️ Anyone else had a irregular period after a D&C or ended up pregnant and that’s what’s happening with me😬🤞🏽
