Bath time?

Question

What are you guys using to give your LO a bath? We have an infant tub that I sit in our big tub and he loves it. The only downside is he is so active and wants to put his feet on the end but he’s not long enough so no matter what I do he slides all over the place. The little seat on the tub doesn’t hold him at all!! I’m just curious want everyone else does. Here’s a picture of him just because he’s so cute!

We haven’t used a bath seat for a while now. I normally sit beside him outside the bath or I sometimes bath with him. He loves splashing around and playing with his toys x

I use a baby tub I got from target. She slips all over the place and it’s just stressful because I’m scared of her getting water in her mouth and nose. She’s almost long enough to reach the bottom but not quite. Maybe another month or so. I just have to hold her and she loves to kick and splash around so it makes it more difficult 😂 I’m thinking about using her bumbo seat to sit her in the tub or finding some sort of different bath seat. I don’t think she weighs enough to hold the bumbo down in the tub so I might have to find something else or just use the regular tub itself.

I have the Angel Care seat. It’s been an amazing. Baby sits in the tub next to his big brother and they have a great time.

I take a bath with my baby.  I have a baby tub like the one you have but it doesn’t fit my sink very well.  And by the time I get baby back to the changing table, my back is killing me.  Now, in our big tub, we have such a great time.  She is all smiles & loves bath time.

Started out with a cheap bath sponge (those large ones meant for the have to lay on). Now I line his bath seat with the sponge so it's cozier and less slippery He sits there while I wash him. Then he rinses with me supporting and playing with him outside the seat. LOVE the bath seat. Once he's better at sitting, I'll let his brother (2years) join him in the tub while he uses his bath seat.
He also has a Doc Band (baby helmet) so he has to have his head washed daily. On days I'm not doing the whole bath routine, I fold two towels  side by side several times for his upper back, head, and shoulders to fit on. I use a wash cloth to wring warm water on his head, wash with soap, and then rinse again. Then he shifts to the second towel for a final head rinse and quick all over baby wipe bath.

I haven't used his infant bath tub for a while. When I moved I left it at my parents house  so if hes there they have something but I absolutely love giving him a bath in our kitchen sick with the blooming flower.

My kiddo pushes against the end of his infant seat and basically arches himself out of it. My friend recommended putting a towel on the bottom of the tub so that don’t slide around. I may try that. Last time I got him with him, but he was still slippery!!
