31 feeling like it’s not gonna happen

Hi everyone! This is my first post. I am 31, soon to be 32, and we have been trying to conceive for 3 months now. I am tracking ovulation and having sex when the ovulation test (clearblue advanced ovulation) says high and peak.

After the third month of having sex during the ovulation period shouldn’t we have gotten pregnant yet? I am 31 and want children and suffer from anxiety and am starting to worry it will never happen for us. I have regular period cycles and the doctor doesn’t seem concerned about me trying to conceive but I am feeling hopeless.

Is it normal to try before and during ovulation days and still not be pregnant? Especially after trying for 3 months?
