New to charting my temps and just not sure what’s happening - 100% sure I ovulated though 🤔

My understanding is as long as you have at least 3 to 4 hours of sleep before temping helps.

Your temps look on ovulatory but if you're sure your ovulated then I'm confused as well because they are up and down unless you are not taking your temp at the same time each day
