Skylar is here! 1 day before her due date

I went to L&D 10/13 against my wishes) just to call hubby down, I had gushes of fluid but it wasn’t clear. We were on our way to church & then a date to the movies after. I assumed fine we can go to l&d get the swab find out its not my water and be sent home. NOPE! They didn’t think it was my water but they weren’t 100% sure, however baby had a dip in her heart rate after a contraction. Since I was 4cm 70% effaced they said I wasn’t going home! I was surprised to say the least and kept getting a bunch of “I told you so” from hubby. They told me to eat and would start pitocin right after. Started it at 2pm, walked and labored until 2am then got the epidural. Took a little nap then felt pressure around 5:40am I started pushing, she was born 5:48 after 3 pushes 10/14!!! She’s perfect! 7lbs 12oz 20.5 inches of perfection! 💜💜
