Pregnancy or only Ovulation??

So I’m 3 days late, last week I measured my bbt at 11/12 DPO and it was 97. Well, today I’m 17 DPO and I just measured it and it was 99. Does it have anything to do with pregnancy or is it only helpful with Ovulation?
