Cycle day 65

So I got my blood work back and its negative .. hpt is negative... what us going on??? I am not stressed at all... I thought I had implantation spotting on Sept. 22.. but blood work is showing I'm not pregnant.. I feel pregnant tho... I am always regular every time.. I am feeling a little down.. trying to stay positive.. it's hard tho... the dr. Wants me to check my temperature and keep trying but I can't if I'm not getting a period... uhh sorry I just have to let it out.
