Contractions!

i’ve been having contractions since saturday, and they were pretty irregular up until last night and they were 7-9 minutes apart they stayed 8 minutes apart for 3 hours. they are pretty painful but not to the point to where i can walk or talk through them but i couldn’t sleep through them. and i’m having severe nausea, back pain and diarrhea. should i go to L&D just in case i’m in actual labor and don’t know it? has anyone experienced this, what would/did you do? 39+3
