No more symptoms and less pee?

So last night I made a post where I mentioned I hadn’t been nauseous since Saturday night which is weird because I’ve been nauseous nearly everyday. I’m 8 weeks and 5 days so I am concerned. But I also noticed I only woke up to pee twice last night where as I had been waking up 3-4xs before the last two nights. Coincidence or should I be worried? I have an ultrasound tomorrow and I’m trying to stay positive but I need some reassurance 😐

I’m 7+5 and only woke twice to pee and managed at about 80% today compared to the 20-30% I’ve been doing the last two weeks. I’m taking it as a blessing. Still nauseous but it’s not all consuming. 
Symptoms waning means nothing other than your body is adjusting to the hormones. You’re not miscarrying because you’re not sick, try not to worry too much. You may find it comes back with a vengeance in a few days.
