Diarrhea/nausea/period early by 3 days

Hi ladies,

So, last week my "period" started early by 3 days which is very unusual for me. It wasnt as heavy, no bad cramps, and my face didn't break out like crazy. 3 days into it which would've be my actual start date, I started getting bad diarrhea all throughly the day, plus being nauseous. Being having these symptoms for 3 days now. No bad stomach cramps or fever. And my "period" seemed to stop after only 3 days. I swear if it wasnt for the "period" I would think I was pregnant but idk. Never had these with my first pregnancy. Please help ladies!!
