17 Weeks and 3 days leaky nipples?!

Okay so this is my first baby and I had an incident at work that lead me into the ER to be checked out to make sure the baby is okay. Sitting in the room my breasts feel really sore. More sore than they have in a while. And so I ended up lightly squeezing one and fluid came out. I'm really shocked because I'm pretty sure that this is pretty early for that! Anyone have this happen to them before? Again, this is my first pregnancy.
