One boob or two?

Hey breastfeeding mamas! How many of you are still feeding both boobs every feed? If not, when did your little one start eating just one side per feed?

My LO has taken one boob since about 3 weeks old. I still offer second but she usually doesnt take it. She also drains the boob in about 5-8 minutes!

One boob until he lets go. Burp, them feed the other side until he lets go. Second time is usually only a couple minutes

I always offer both. But my LO doesn’t eat as much as I produce, so sometimes she doesn’t drain the second one. I just switch which side I start on every time I feed her so that both get emptied.

Ive only done one boob per feed. I do both when I need to up supply to pump. Why were you told to do both? How old is your little one?

My LO is 3 months old and shes always done one side!

Yes lactation told me to still be doing both breast per feed as I am still trying to up my supply a bit. However my left boob is my slacker boob so she is always on my right boob longer.
