Miscarriage

Woke up this morning and started bleeding. I am bleeding this amount every hour it seems. Not a lot, but I wouldn’t consider it just spotting either. I just started slightly cramping and I am super nauseated. I called my OB she said to see if it gets any worse and go to ER if it does. It hasn’t really gotten any worse just stayed the same. Should I go? I’m 6 weeks and 1 day.
